Vice President
Wayne Dames joined Sunbelt Holdings in 2004 and named Vice President in 2012. Wayne provides experience in construction management, acquisition analysis, asset management and land development. Wayne has played an integral role for Sunbelt Holdings, managing vertical construction projects with an emphasis on urban infill. Most recently, Wayne has been involved in Portland on the Park, a 149-unit condominium project in downtown Phoenix near Phoenix’s Roosevelt Row; the redevelopment plans for the former Brown and Brown Chevrolet site in downtown Mesa, and with the planning and development of Union Street at Norterra, a 400-acre mixed-use master planned development located in North Phoenix in partnership with USAA.
