Bob Bambauer, P.E.
Executive Vice President
Bob has a 17+ year leadership tenure at Sunbelt Holdings. He is currently Executive Vice President responsible for all Arizona master planned residential developments spanning from south Tucson to Phoenix, and up north to Verde Valley. In total, Bob oversees nine master planned communities representing approximately 12,000 lots, and a team of 7 full-time staff members to provide platted and engineered lots to Sunbelt’s homebuilder partners.
Bob has 40 years’ experience in engineering, development, acquisitions, and homebuilding that provides a unique and expansive skillset to lead a diverse range of developments from industrial to commercial, build to rent, and master planned communities of all sizes and scales. Prior to Sunbelt, Bob’s professional employment background includes Rick Engineering, Pulte Homes, Robson Homes, and KB Homes.
Bob is equally passionate about giving back to the community where he lives. Currently he is Chairman of Fighter Country Foundation whose purpose is to support the men, women, families, and mission of Luke Air Force Base. The Foundation works with the Luke AFB leadership to identify needs of the airmen that are not deemed mission critical to the Department of Defense and assists with filling those gaps.
