Bob Bambauer, P.E.
Executive Vice President
Bob joined Sunbelt Holdings as Vice President in January of 2007 to manage the day-to-day operations at Sunbelt’s Vistancia master planned community located in Peoria, Arizona. In January 2019, Bob was named Executive Vice President. Currently Bob is overseeing development at one of Sunbelt’s newer assets at the PVI303 Industrial Park in Goodyear, Arizona. Bob will continue to be involved in any future residential and commercial properties in the West Valley.
For the past 25 years Bob has gained valuable experience working for private civil engineering firms, as well as private and major public homebuilders. His experience includes entitlements, land acquisition, land planning and development, customer service, purchasing and home construction. Prior to Sunbelt, Bob’s professional employment background includes Pulte Home Corp, Robson Communities and KB Homes Tucson, Inc.
