Sean Walters
President and Chief Operating Officer
Sean Walters joined Sunbelt Holdings in 1998, became Chief Operating Officer in 2009, and was named President in 2019. Sean’s expertise spans the gamut of development operations: due diligence, acquisition, finance, entitlement, engineering, sales and construction. Under Sean’s leadership, Sunbelt has maintained a strong position at the forefront of master planned community development in Phoenix, while expanding the Tucson residential and Goodyear industrial markets. Sean served in the US Navy Civil Engineer Corps/Seabees from 1991-1995, earning the rank of Lieutenant. He also worked as a land development manager for Del Webb in Surprise, Arizona from 1996 -1998.
