Greg Mohl, P.E.

Greg joined Sunbelt Holdings in January 2018 and is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations at Sunbelt Holdings’ southwest Arizona properties including La Estancia, Monarch, Red Rock Village, Sendero Del Sol, Star Valley, and Sycamore Canyon. For the last two decades, Greg has been involved in all facets of land development, homebuilding and contracting with leadership roles at a national production homebuilder’s Tucson division and a local underground utility contractor. His experience includes entitlements, land acquisition, customer service, purchasing, home construction, land development, and underground utility installation. Previously, Greg served eight years on active duty in the U.S. Army in the Corps of Engineers, rising to the rank of captain.
