Josef Pappas, P.E.
Vice President
Josef Pappas joined Sunbelt Holdings in 2016 and was named Vice President in December 2018. Josef’s expertise includes many facets of land development, with extensive experience in entitlements and engineering. Currently, Josef is responsible for multiple single-family development projects, including the Union Park at Norterra master development. Josef holds a Bachelor’s of Science in Engineering from the University of Notre Dame, and holds his Professional Civil Engineering License in Arizona. Josef previously worked as a project manager with a civil engineering firm specializing in commercial site and residential subdivision development.
