Justin Graham
Vice President
Justin Graham joined Sunbelt Holdings in early 2018 and was named Vice President in December 2022. Justin previously spent several years as a real estate attorney working with developers and investors on all manner of land transactions, financings, and entitlement matters. He has built on that experience with a wide variety of project management experience across Sunbelt’s commercial and urban projects. Currently, Justin is responsible for multiple projects within Sunbelt’s management or development portfolio, including its work with Culdesac on their first-of-its-kind residential mixed-use development in Tempe. Justin holds a Juris Doctor and Master of Business Administration from Arizona State University, along with a Bachelor of Arts in Hispanic Studies from Boston College.
