Wayne Dames joined Sunbelt Holdings in 2004 and named Vice President in 2012. Wayne provides experience in construction management, acquisition analysis, asset management and land development. Wayne has played an integral role for Sunbelt Holdings, managing vertical construction projects including creating the Build to Rent portfolio, with the first project underway at Sonoran Foothills and other projects in the pipeline.
