Josef Pappas, P.E.
Vice President
Josef Pappas joined Sunbelt Holdings in 2016 and was named Vice President in December 2018. Josef’s expertise includes many facets of land development, with extensive experience in site evaluation and diligence, zoning and entitlements, project design and engineering, and horizontal construction management. Currently, Josef is responsible for multiple single-family and multi-family development projects and was a critical member in launching and managing the 400-acre Union Park at Norterra master development. Josef holds a Bachelor of Science in Engineering from the University of Notre Dame and holds his Professional Civil Engineering License in Arizona.
