Justin Graham
Vice President
Justin Graham joined Sunbelt Holdings in 2018 and has been Vice President since 2022. He manages the review and advancement of Sunbelt’s varied infill portfolio including residential, hotel, and adaptive reuse projects in a range of venture structures. In addition to these management activities, Justin has project managed individual developments, including assisting Culdesac with their first-of-its-kind mixed-use community in Tempe, Arizona. Prior to joining Sunbelt, Justin worked for several years as a real estate attorney dealing with land transactions, development, financing, and entitlement matters. He holds Juris Doctor and Master of Business from Arizona State University, along with an undergraduate degree from Boston College.
