Heidi Kimball joined Sunbelt Holdings in 1982. She has broad experience in all aspects of real estate development, including entitlements, acquisition/disposition, management, and leasing. Heidi is responsible for Sunbelt’s asset management and brokerage activities, and serves as the firm’s designated broker. She has also overseen the development, management and marketing of the Arizona State University Research Park since 1993.
