Two milestones at Vistancia are giving the Peoria community a reason to celebrate.

Vistancia, an award-winning, multi-generational community in Peoria has been ranked among the 10 top-selling master plans in the nation in 2008 according to a survey by RCLCO, a national independent real estate advisory firm.

The 7,100-acre community is ranked seventh with a total of 399 sales reported for last year. This also makes it the top-selling master plan in metro Phoenix. Vistancia has been recognized consecutively in the survey since sales began in 2004. Read More
