Located in southwest Tucson metropolitan area, the 1,437 acre residential master planned community of Star Valley is currently home to approximately 1,500 families. The project is planned for approximately 3,000 homes. Conveniently located west of I-19 at Valencia Road and Camino Verde Road, Star Valley offers an abundance of nearby employment centers including, Tucson International Airport, Raytheon and Davis-Monthan Air Force Base. The community is convenient to Downtown Tucson and Casino Del Sol, which offers world-class amenities including golf, resort hotel, pool and spa accommodations, and gaming entertainment.

In early 2020, Sunbelt Holdings joined with the property ownership team and is managing the daily operations of the community.  Currently Meritage Homes, Lennar, Richmond American, and LGI Homes are selling and building through the 1,209 lots that have been recently purchased.

Additional 40′ and 45′ wide platted and engineered lots are currently available for purchase.

In late 2023, the major amenity for Star Valley was completed. Cielo Park consists of a soccer field, dog park, pickleball/tennis courts, half basketball court, children’s play structure and turf area.
