(August 7, 2013)- Vistancia’s newest builder, Gehan Homes recently opened 51 homesites in The Village at Vistancia offering six floorplans ranging from 2,001 to 3,947 square feet starting in the mid $200’s. Mattamy Homes will open over Labor Day Weekend offering eight floorplans from 1,511 to 3,509 square feet and Woodside Homes plans to open in early fall providing three floorplans ranging from 2,105 to 3,166 square feet. Ryland Homes will also grand open this Fall with three floorplans ranging from 1,683 to 2,637 square feet.

Interest in custom homesites at Blackstone at Vistancia is also up significantly with a dozen custom homes currently in design review.
Blackstone Country Club, the private country club located within Blackstone at Vistancia has also achieved a significant membership increase, nearly doubling in members over the past 12 months.
