Sunbelt Holdings partnered with Ryan Companies to design and construct the 20-acre mixed-use development project along Tempe Town Lake and adjacent to Arizona State University to serve as a regional hub of operations for State Farm Insurance, the largest provider of auto insurance in the U.S.
