In September 2018, Sunbelt Holdings purchased the remaining 680 acres of the 1,000-acre Red Rock Village community, located north of Marana, Arizona along Interstate 10 at the Red Rock interchange. When fully developed, Red Rock Village will consist of 3,500 homes and supporting uses. The community has all major infrastructure in place, along with community amenities including a private water park, hiking and biking trails, fire department, and a K-8 elementary school.

In late 2019, Richmond American purchased 91 lots in Village IV within the Red Rock Village master plan. Construction is complete and Richmond American’s models are open for sales. In 2021, Red Rock Village will bring to market the following lots:

Village VIIIA – 114 40’x115′ Lots (Plat Recorded)
Village V – 139 45’x115′ Lots (Plat Recorded, Richmond American-Construction Began in January 2021)
Village VIA – 167 45’x115′ Lots (Tentative Plat Approved)
Village VIIIB – 101 40’x115 Lots (Final Plat Recording Feb 2021)

Sunbelt Holdings is preparing to construct the new entrance into the community with a direct route from the I-10 interchange into the community. Scheduled completion is estimated for January 2022.
