In September 2018, Sunbelt Holdings purchased the remaining 680 acres of the 1,000-acre Red Rock Village community, located north of Marana, Arizona along Interstate 10 at the Red Rock interchange. When fully developed, Red Rock Village will consist of 3,000 homes and supporting uses. The community has all major infrastructure in place, along with community amenities including a private water park, hiking and biking trails, fire department, and a K-8 elementary school.

Currently Lennar, Richmond American Homes, and LGI Homes are selling and building through 612 lots that have been recently purchased. Sunbelt Holdings will be bringing additional lots to the market in late 2024.

Sunbelt Holdings is preparing to construct the new entrance into the community, as well as other entry upgrades and improvements.
