Sunbelt Holdings acquired 401 platted lots (200 acres) in Phase II of the 1,598-acre Sycamore Canyon master planned community in Southeast Tucson in 2015. Nestled in the foothills of the Santa Rita Mountains and spanning 1,100 acres of natural open space, the Sycamore Canyon community plan includes a total of 1,045 homes offering spectacular views and a new K-8 elementary school located within the highly-ranked Vail School District (Opened August 2016).

Sunbelt Holdings is currently in negotiation with national homebuilders on a selection of large homesites ranging from 7,200 square feet to over half-acre lots. Construction is anticipated to begin in 2022.
